Clean hotel in a big building next to Taman Segara Madu Water Park, and the city center and the beach. Helpful staff, cheap and comfy room with a tv. Particularly good and perfect location in canggu area, easy to get anywhere. The pool area is great too.

The receptionist was so friendly and hospitable. I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. The bed was really comfortable, with a good quality mattress that you would find in 4-5 star hotels. Water pressure in the shower was great and I enjoyed the hot showers. Above all things, the room was clean and well-maintained.
I had some issues with the room. The bed broke right after I sat down on it and even after changing to another room, all the beds felt unstable.
